The claims process

  • Step One - Claim alert

    Utilising our straight-forward claim form you can lodge your claim to us via our online claim form or email.

  • Step Two - Confirmation

    We will confirm receipt of your claim form within 24 hours and confirm any additional information that the insurer may require.

  • Step Three - Claim lodgement

    We review your claim form, and where all required information is provided we will submit your claim usually the same day we receive it.

  • Step Four - Claim follow up

    We will regurlarly follow up your claim and communicate to you every step of the way on the outcome. Our aim is a weekly touchpoint with the insurer and yourself.

  • Step Five - Finalise

    We will provide you the summary of the outcome made by the insurer and you can choose to accept the claim or instruct us to negotiate with the insurer further.
